ITINERARY
Are you ready to RAGE? So are we, it's gonna be the best weekend ever. To help us stay organized, here is a rundown of the weekend for easy reference (make sure to bookmark this page!).
SEPTEMBER 20
THURSDAY
Andy and Lauren will be arriving in Mendocino Thursday afternoon and staying at Glendeven Inn that evening (but will stay at the ranch Fri-Sun).
If you are bringing supplies up with you, first of all THANK YOU. We can unload in the Spring Ranch barn Friday morning. Please let us know when you've arrived and we'll get you sorted!
SEPTEMBER 21
FRIDAY
9am
DECOR CHECK
Meeting with our planner to review design and inventory.
3pm
FARMHOUSE CHECK-IN
For those of you staying in the farmhouse, we can start posting up around 3pm. If you’ve helped us lug stuff up, please swing by in the morning to drop it off at the barn.
4pm
REHEARSAL
We'll be rehearsing at Spring Ranch and will be going right from there to the beach bonfire. If you are not in the wedding party, but are attending the rehearsal dinner (if you received this link, that's you!) please feel free to hang around the ranch for some wine and cheese/meats so we can stage a mass exodus to the beach immediately after.
5pm
REHEARSAL DINNER
At Big River Beach
Parking behind the Presbyterian Church. Walk from the parking lot to the stairs that lead down the the beach. Restrooms are in the church.
Mendocino can get a bit chilly in the evenings, so please remember to wear something warm and cozy!
6pm
Open Welcome Party
After we've done all of our hugs and family toasts, we'll be opening up the party for all who'd like to join for some s'mores and beach fire.
Beach curfew is at 8:15pm
Saturday, Sept 22
Wedding day
11am
WEDDING PARTY & FAMILY BRUNCH
Come by the the Spring Ranch farmhouse and we'll fix us up something yummy before we break off into teams to put on our battle gear.
3pm
TRANSPORTATION BEGINS PICKUP ROTATION

WE GET MARRIED!

QUIET TIME
You don't have to leave, but that is when we're unplugging the amplified music. Feel free to hang out a little while longer, get that party outta your system :)

What will their last name be? Will it be Banks? Perez? Dodge? Something else entirely they read in a book somewhere? Tune in Sunday as the families duke it out for the grand prize of propagating the family name.
